"The McDonald's on Clarke at Silver Star has an amazing staff. They're never out of anything. It's exceptionally clean. It's the best location in the area. They are a kiosk ordering location and the staff is very efficient and bring the food to the table very quickly"

"I've had repeated issues with this place, wrong food, employees rude and don't care about their job, just recently I ordered breakfast through the mobile app and the cashier made me wait 10 minutes and by the time she took my mobile code it was past 10:30 so they "couldnt take my order" she even went to ask her manager if they could take my order but I was still denied. I'm never going back to this McDonald's again, employees and manager just don't care about their job, I guess they'd rather not make money."

"When using the online app I had issues with the store not having my order ready or I should say not able to find my order. I have also had a issue with the food being cold from where they place the pick up orders. They are not kept in a warming area, just a metal rack type shelf."

"I can’t lie the food was hot and ready for me. What wasn’t appreciated was Antonio’s attitude this morning it’s a little ridiculous when you come up to the speaker and all you hear is “your order.” I said excuse me, what did you say and he says it again “your order” I’m flabbergasted and a little dumbfounded, but I respond with what I want. Then I drive up to the window so I can pay him, and he just continues being rude with other people on the intercom, taking somebody else’s order while holding a machine to process my payment out the window without even acknowledging me. I tried tapping it, so it would be quicker for him as he clearly wanted to multitask, but it didn’t go through so I asked him did it go through no response I tap it again I asked him again and he looks at it and he said no it didn’t make a noise. I said it did. That’s why I’m asking if it went through, he said no it didn’t it declined. My card didn’t decline. It never went through. Hence why I asked you twice…his demeanor was completely unwelcoming, and quite frankly ruined my appetite. if he doesn’t appreciate his job, I’m sure someone else will. He needs to go to customer service school or something and learn how to speak to customers. It made me think twice next time I’ll just have breakfast somewhere else. Also, this is the closest McDonald’s to my work, so I’m here at least once or twice a week for my office staff. Next time I’ll have my staff go to Chick-fil-A… You Know where it’s their pleasure to take my order."

"This McDonald's is awful I live in the area and everytime I go there the food is either cold, buns are stale, fry's r over cooked, the service is with a attitude of I don't care the owners need to fire everyone and start over put people in there that cares and would keep in mind how would I want my food. I am sure when the employees there get their food and eat it is fresh and hot. If I were the manager I would tell my employees if u send bad food u can clock out and go home. Remember the customer pays ur salary so treat them right if y'all don't want to change do the right thing for ur community and close down"
