"All I have to say its wow , will not be coming back to this location, i decided to dine in since i was with my two babies and husband, we ordered ok the kiosk, while waiting for the food two of the female workers were hugging and talking to their boyfriend (on work hours how insane) when we got our food i was missing two items i got up and told one the female that was with their boyfriend she said what i was missing i told her she looked at me like i was lying, she walked away i told her im not going to lie about what im missing you can check my bags she said let me see your receipt i told her i didn’t get one from the kiosk she walkes away and told another worker you deal with her cause im not going to deal with her nobody came my husband then got up and right in front of their faces was our receipt another guy did helped us and gave us what we were missing but the female was laughing and talking under her breath how rude , 5 mn pass and she was again with her boyfriend in front of the counter, like were there any managers its this even okay,"

"CLEAN and ran like a champ! Ally is a gem! Honestly all positive at this location! The food was done by order. Hot and fresh. The burger rolls are FRESH.. Honestly this should be the model store. A+ from the cashier, fryer, grill to the Manager or shift manager that was running the store 1/31/24."

"The restaurant was clean but the staff was very slow and disorganized waited 15 minutes to order and staff still didn't come to take my order so left and went somewhere else. Definitely will not return or recommend to anyone. Very poor service."

"Is this the new standard for a Baconator? I paid $12.99 for a combo and received a double cheeseburger with one piece of bacon on it cut into fourths and no sauce . This seems to be the normal now where we are charged more for things but receive less. Very disappointed, Wendy's. You have always been my after work go-to for quality food and service. Seems to be slipping as of late. Edit after speaking with Wendy's corporate customer service: I was told to just try again next time to see if it's still the same. There was no apology. No trying to make it right. Just, "Oh, well. We'll let the franchise owner know." I bet they authorized it. Gone are the days of owning a mistake and standing by your product. I remember when Wendy's was the top because of the fresh ingredients and made to order, cared about food. It justified the price, in my opinion. And they trained their staff to care about their patrons. I mean, your slogan is "We don't cut corners, taste the difference.""
