"Incredibly understaffed, owners either aren’t offering competitive wages or they try to run a skeleton crew ( or both). It is a really a shame. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but I also value my time and can’t wait 45 minutes in line for a single coffee. I have compassion for the high school kids that work there; they have to take the brunt of their owner(s) poor staffing policies. I hope they sell this franchise to someone with more acumen. Otherwise, this location is bound to fail."
"I ordered on the app a Joe box to be picked up at 10:30am. I arrived late and it wasn’t ready. However, they took care of it fast. The manager was very attentive. This happened on a Friday morning. Right before lunch time."
"Service is incredibly slow. Needs work on customer service skills. Food quality has decreased seriously in the past few months. Used to be the best DD around."
"Literally just left this location, first off it took forever for them to take my order. I ordered a toasted white chocolate and when they decided to give me my drink there was no whip cream on it as it is pictured. I asked the person at the window if I can get some whip cream on my drink and she put literally the littlest amount on my drink and then I asked for more because if I’m paying my money I feel it’s only right to receive what I’m paying for. She closed the window and told the other worker “she wants more whip cream” he comes to the window and says you didn’t ask for whip cream I responded that’s what comes with the drink. Finally he gives me what i paid my money for and the drink tastes horrible. I always have a bad experience at this location and I about had it with everyone at this location."
"This morning reminded me why I have not been to this location in months. Inconsistent customer service. It’s either good or horrible. Today was horrible. If you mess up an order you don’t give the customer a box to fix it themselves. If a customer has a large order, it should be common sense to put the order in a large bag. I asked for a bag, she laid the bag on top of the boxes and advised I can bag it up vs putting my order in a bag. I do not work at Dunkin, I am a customer. Is it too much to expect people to do the job they are paid for??? If you don’t want to do your job, find another one. Thankfully another associate stepped in to assist."
