We were amazed when our super clingy 2 year old, who experiences some separation anxiety, was excited to go back on her third day, and the developmental progress we saw in her (namely, verbal + social skills) was immediately apparent. The staff is loving, kind, and patient — and our daughter’s teacher, Miss Margaret, is a true baby whisperer. Every day, our girl comes home and talks about her teacher and friends. We could not be more pleased. Huge bonus: breakfast + lunch are included in the already affordable tuition, and menus are passed around every week for parent review. "We started taking our 10.5 month old son here at the start of '22 and couldn't be happier with the care and development he has been receiving. Every single staff member is exceptionally personable and seem to genuinely care about the kids. In particular Miss Shawn and Miss Sheyenne go above and beyond, to the point where our son rarely wants to leave their arms! "If you are looking for a good daycare near Seminole heights, this daycare is great choice! When I found out I was pregnant, I had a hard time finding daycares in the Seminole heights area that I liked. I was lucky to find Sunrise Children services and have been there for a little over a year. My daughter absolutely loves going here. Everyday I drop her off she gets so excited and runs into her classroom smiling. I truly feel all of the staff enjoy there jobs and love working with children. My child is in Miss Sheyenne’s classroom and she is always so nice and keeps us posted on our child’s progress. They also have a great curriculum which works on developing children’s cognitive, communication, motor and social skills. I feel my child has blossomed at this school and highly recommended for anyone living in the area."

"This is a great daycare. My daughter loves this place and goes running in there everyday. I feel like all the staff really loves the kids. My child is in Miss Sheyenne’s classroom and I have nothing but good things to say about her. My daughter went to a small in home daycare prior to this and really has blossomed. She now is saying words, knows all the learning songs, and is learning manners/sharing/washing hands/clean up time. A big plus is that they provide the food. As that gets really tough with a picky eater. The director, Laura, is caring, empathetic and professional."

"Our baby was 4 months when he started daycare here, he’s loved every day of it! It is such a tight knit community, and the caretakers are great with the kids. Laura White, the exec. director, is very personable and makes time to address questions and concerns. She took time to personally make sure my boy and I were integrating well at the daycare when we first started. Miss Shaun is the 0-12 month caretaker, and is the best with infants. She’s very calm and nurturing, with almost 30 years of experience! My son has medical complications, but I feel very comfortable leaving him in her care. We chose Sunrise because of the small class sizes and the option for physical, occupational, and speech therapy on site. The cost is also very affordable. This places goes above and beyond with their kids, and I highly recommend placing your child with Sunrise."
