"Matt, the store manager today 08/22/23 he denied the use of the bathroom to my 4 year old son. Denise one of the employees came out of the employees bathroom and when I told her my 4 YEAR OLD SON needs to use the bathroom she refuse saying it is only for employees and that the clients bathroom it out of use. I went to the store manager and he say give me a minute. I waited literally a minute BECAUSE MY 4 YEAR OLD SON NEED TO USE THE RESTROOM. I ask again Denise and she went to speak with Matt the sptr manager again. He talked to her on her ear and she came back to me saying he told me that he told you that I needed to wait. Like if a KID CAN WAIT TO USE THE BATHROOM. I reclaim that my son need to use the bathroom NOW ans he say I need to wait or just go outside. This is beyond ridiculous the corp will need to do something with these two. I am calling the corp now and make a formal complaint"
