"Our experience at Badcock Home Furniture, on Lem Turner Rd, was excellent from start to finish. My wife and I were driving past the place and decided to stop-in just to see what they had... We were greeted by Salesperson Deanna who was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly not pushy. Deanna checked on us a few times while we browsed; she offered her assistance with a smile each time we needed it. Deanna told us the furniture needed to be ordered from their main facility and would be ready to deliver in a week. Guess what, the furniture was ready and delivered in one week, as promised. Even the guys that delivered and set up the furniture were nice and efficient (one of the delivery guys names was Emerson, unfortunately, we didn't catch the other guys name). It was such a nice experience that we decided to stop-by again the next day, and bought additional lamps and wall art. Badcock on Lem Turner will definitely be our first stop, whenever we need furnishings. Great job Badcock, don't ever change."
