"This was our best furniture shopping experience because of our salesman (Bill) who was not "all over us" as we looked around and shared what we were shopping for; he was low-key, yet helpful and knowledgeable... he gave us our space and knew when to offer up suggestions and engage in conversation. We didn't buy on the initial day of shopping since he told us of a one-day "invite only" sale the next week in which he matched a larger discount we were offered on-line the evening prior when I placed the items of interest in my cart. I expect the "white glove" delivery and set up to go just as smoothly, but thought I would use this opportunity to address our salesman experience, which was our best ever in all the years we have shopped for furniture."

"HAVE FAITH IN HUDSONS !!! Today I was very upset that my custom furniture order would not be delivered. At the time of purchase, I was assured that if Hudson Furniture received my dining set from the manufacturer then I in turn would have it for Thanksgiving. I called this morning to determine the delivery time and was told that my furniture would not be delivered today and that the next delivery date to my area would be in two weeks. I was very frustrated and asked to speak to the manager. Faith came on the phone and listened to me. She was courteous and genuinely concerned about my displeasure. Trying to satisfy me……… she worked to secure a private contractor and have my furniture delivered as promised !!! (Delivery 4 Today were excellent ) Faith is an asset to Hudson Furniture and because of her, they can be assured of my further consideration when purchasing furniture in the future . CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS !!! Oh and by the way………the dining set is gorgeous and I love it"

"I had an AMAZING experience at Hudson’s recently while searching for a new chair to go in my nursery. Desiree was an enormous help that day and extremely patient running me all around the store to see my options. I went back and forth several times and considered multiple fabric options and Desiree never made me feel rushed or pressured. I reached out to Desiree following my order since the fabric option I chose was not readily in stock and she assured me she would update me regularly on the status of my order. I would recommend Hudson’s and specifically Desiree to anyone in the market."
