"My experience shopping with AA was not good. The first leotard I ordered got delivered to the wrong house. I had no luck tracking it down even with UPS’ help. UPS said I will need to file a claim with AA. I sent AA’s costumer service an email explaining the situation. They replied saying they are looking into options and will get back to me 24 hours. 3 days pass and still no email from AA, so I sent a follow up email. Crickets. Still haven’t heard from them. I was very disappointed, especially considering how much the leotard costs."
