She was compassionate, seemed to really care about helping me (us), and ensured me that should something happen to Dad's health before the delivery, we could cancel our order and get a refund. She went out of her way to help us coordinate delivery and set up - even offered to help us assemble it, if needed. I cannot recommend her more strongly."
