"I've always enjoyed the movie theater experience, this theater takes it to a new level. All of the staff are polite and patient which is good when you have a 9 year old that hasn't decided what candy he wants. They now have a policy that minors need to be accompanied by an adult(21 years old) after a certain time in the evening. The theaters are always clean and functioning properly as well. Big thumbs up! I will continue to come here with my son for our movie nights."
"From the moment I stepped into the cinema, it's started off amazing. I approached the young man as I now know his name is Cole & let's just say I was very needy as I had my 4yr old grandson with me & this was our first time seeing a movie together & I just asked so very many questions & he never showed any disrespect but the best feeling was knowing this was the first for my grandson to see a movie at a cinema & to have this type of experience was awesome. Mr. Cole I still can't thank you enough for everything. I was so nervous because I was holding up the line with questions and he was as calm as could be. I asked him if he wanted to go ahead & take care of the line & he did. He told me the different ways that I could pay but I went to the concession stand & AGAIN I meet a wonderful young ladie & her name was Mia. Another AMAZING employee. Don't loose them please. Thank you for being so kind to us & patient. I apologize for not being able to leave her a tip & I truly felt embarrassed. I questioned her about it and she said how I could do it but whom ever reads this,,,,, I ASK,,,,, PLEASE allow the cashier's register to allow us to make that choice of leaving a tip or not. These day's alot of us don't carry cash on hand, its usually plastic. The movie theater was very clean as were the restroom. I will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere was great!!!!"

"I’ve being in pensacola for a little over two years and this is my first time coming to the movie theaters here. As soon as I walked in to get my ticket the lady on the front was very attentive. Chairs inside are very comfortable, bathrooms were pretty clean and all over movie theater was nice and well maintained."
