"An amazing visit with Jeff's attention to our specific interests. He nor anyone else "followed" us around which was extremely different experience for us at other furniture stores. All staff members that came near us in passing greeted us; asked if we had any questions. We are remodeling and found EXACTLY the set that fits us. "I was met as I browsed living room furniture by Joshua Carter, in the store known as Josh C. He was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was patient with me as I made about 7 different times to visit and try out the set I liked. Each time I came back with different family members and friends to check out my top choice to get their opinion, also. Josh C got a workout, but he sold more than just that living room set in the end. He also has a customer for life. My brother and sister-in-law have gone to him and made a purchase since meeting him. I love the 2 love seats and recliner that I chose, along with the Jaipur Bicycle Console table. They look fantastic in my open concept living area. They are just like they were in the store as for the comfort, color, and function. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase."
