"Delivery was not great. One guy bent the back of the chair to fit the bottom. The other guy tossed stuff on my bed, leaned all over my dresser, had his pants below his rear crack, literally shoved his pad at me to sign without a word and left me no paperwork on the chair. Also when they were Bringing it in, the smaller guy nearly knocked the chair legs into my front column outside until i sorta yelled for him to watch out and the bigger guy actually hit my bedroom door with the top part of the chair. No apology. I have a very Large 200 lb cabinet coming in about a month so I mentioned for them to please bring the shoulder straps for lifting and moving it as I didn’t want my new floors damaged. He looked at me like I had 3 heads. I dread that delivery. On the positive side, my sales lady Shirley at the Milton store was a doll. Very sweet and helpful."
"On September 4th I bought a server & hutch at this location. They didn't have it in stock so they agreed to deliver between November 15th and December 1st. On December 9th I called to asked about my hutch. Shirley said that she will call me back, which she never did. Five days later I called again and she said that the factory doesn't make them anymore and the last one available is at another location. It was noted as having a small scratch on the bottom of which a maintenance guy would take care of. I went to look at it the following day. It looked like it was never fixed, and had dents and scratches everywhere. Certainly less than ideal. I said I still want it, just deliver it before December 23rd. Shirley said that she will look at the schedule and will call me back, which of course she never did. I followed by cancelled the order and asking for a refund. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PS: I went to "Rooms To Go" ordered similar hutch and they delivered it the next morning."
