"Extremely pleasant staff that answered all my questions but never made me feel pressured into buying anything. I actually visited the store 4 times after shopping other furniture stores before I made my final decision. Customer service was a big part in my decision to buy from Badcock."

"Bought an Electrolux washer and dryer set in January of 2023 with the extended warranty. In October my washer wouldn’t drain properly and we spent roughly a month and a half going in circles with the manufacturer and Badcock customer service. Finally got the washer replaced to only have the same issue occur in less than two months of having the “new” washer. I was told by someone at the Pace store that I needed to have a plumber check my drain pipe and they could schedule a service repair person to look at my washer. After the first experience taking six weeks I told them to forget it. After some YouTube searching I have discovered the cause and fixed it my self but it leads me to believe the replacement washer the sent me was a used unit. I will never purchase another item from any of the Badcock stores in this area!"

"When your furniture breaks and you buy the warranty they still don't fix it and give you the run around. Very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. You should go to Rooms to Go at least they help and have it together over there."

"Purchased a dining room set and living room set from Meloney and they arrived exactly one week later, which is fast for the furniture industry! When picking out our furniture Meloney was right there to help us make an informed choice along the way. She was never pushy, just helpful. She would throw out certain ideas that we hadn’t even thought of. On delivery day everything went pretty smooth but I noticed some serious concerns with the craftsmanship of the couch we purchased. After seeing the floor model and sitting on it in the store, I knew this wasn’t normal. So I called the next morning and explained my concerns to Meloney who apologized and said she would order a replacement couch right away and I could keep using the couch until the new one arrived. I was happy that they honored their return and exchange policy as written. It is advertised as a “No-hair pulling, guaranteed” returns and exchange policy and they stayed true to their word! Despite being disappointed about the couch needing to be replaced, the look, comfort, and value for my money more than makes up for that. Not everyone gets it right the first time, but the true test of a company is whether they make it right. Badcock did just that."
