"It's a nice place but doesn't get all the promotional stuff in every time. Sometimes have to go to the next town for them."

"Went to this gamestop today and the "manager sam" was more apt to help the phone customers than greet me i mentioned it was fins since yall dont open at conventinal hours and mentioned the 12 o clock time sucks due to not being convenient to most ppl the "manager sam" was overly crass with me stating its how it is and gamers don't wake up before noon and I just have to get with it he became very very rude and will not be shopping with game stop ever again and will I form all family and friends of this interaction I wanted to buy some new wireless head sets and pre order the new zelda game fromrom gamestop but will just go to Walmart or any other place that sells it on release date the manager looked haggard and was just overtly rude he also was rather rude with customers on the phone"

"the long sappy version: my gf and I went to the midnight release of TOTK tonight- it was my first midnight release for a game and I didn't know what to expect. We showed up in Link and Zelda cosplays, clearly stoked and passionate-- and the employees were just as passionate as we all were! cracking jokes and super friendly despite working longer hours than normal in a super crowded and chaotic setting. lots of promotional goodies were handed out, but since my gf and I were the only ones in cosplay, they gave us these explorer's scarves. I looked them up out of curiosity after tuckering myself out on the new game, and turns out, they're an *employee exclusive* item. Even if they were extras, they didn't have to give them to us-- they're a rare item after all (these things are already selling like crazy on eBay and Mercari). Nobody would know if they pocketed them. ... but they did anyway. They were just excited we showed. I was running late from work while my gf showed up early, and when I got there the manager took our picture, let me in with her at her place in the front of the line, waiting just as much in anticipation as we were to be able to send us home with a new game. I would imagine that working retail takes a lot of the magic out of it (we work retail too, we'd get it), but even if it does, the employees at this location certainly don't show it. They get what makes gaming special (and they've always been super welcoming and helpful the times we've been before) but tonight's highlight wasn't the new game I brought home, but the fun I had getting my hands on it in the first place. TL;DR: this gamestop is great and I owe them my firstborn, 11/10 they should all get fat raises methinks "
