"I was there before 6pm to get a half price deal and there was a customer in front of me just getting a refill and talking. When it was my turn it was 6:01pm and they would honor the half price deal. Every disappointed. I took my service elsewhere."
"I’m seriously so tired of getting drinks that look like this , my boyfriend was driving this time and by the time i said something he had already pulled away. The line was out to the road or else we would have gone back around. But you will wait about 10-20 minutes for a drink every visit and for the last 3 times this is how I’ve gotten my drinks. Unfortunately it’s the only/closet Starbucks in the area but this is getting ridiculous. I get Starbucks everyday & spend around $80-$100 a month to get a half full drink. Do better!"
