"Left disappointed. I called ahead to confirm my size and croc style I wanted was available. I gave my name and was told it will be place on hold. I got there and all they could say was sorry looks like we sold it. WHATS THE POINT OF SAYING YOUR GONNA PUT IT ON HOLD IF YOUR NOT GONNA ACTUALLY DO IT. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. People have lives for y’all to just waste it like nothing."
"This is what upset crocs employees look like when you catch them lying! Alicia Stacy and Janeyda lied to me saying they were out of stock in certain pair of crocs. I was at the store 40 minutes before open and saw a rack full of them. At open the only “had 2 pairs”. I stuck around the outlet because I saw them on the rack so unless they sold them before the store opened, your lying. I return 30 minutes later to see her selling them by the 3’s (receipt below).. long story short BAD EXPERIENCE"
"They have a great selection of Crocs. Prices are awesome! And there's always a sale! Who doesn't love a good sale? I love the new spring colors and styles. The store is clean and the staff are all friendly and very helpful. A pleasant place to shop. Go early, though. Parking can be a nightmare."
