Crocs at Orlando Outlet

"Rude staff and the lady at the register barely spoke English. Spoke to the manager regarding a return for an item that I purchased online and wanted to do an even exchange for the same pair but different color and they wanted to charge me full price when the price online was cheaper for to a coupon and sale. Manager was extremely rude about it and even called another close by store to not help me either. Luckily the manager in the other store was awesome and resolved my issue when I arrived there. Kudos to her!"

"Carlos was super helpful. Me and my boyfriend got some awesome crocs and a couple of little charms and I wouldn't have seen the croc charm I picked out if it weren't for him!! They seem to have a staff that loves their product employed here and the store is super bright and roomy even with a large stock and variety of options."

"If I could rate as one star, I would! Absolutely the worst customer service of any store I have ever been in. Sales people and manager are extremely rude and confrontational....especially when asked why the prices of the products at an outlet store are higher than purchasing directly from the crocs website. Rationale told to us is that they upcharge to pay for the rent of the store. Then told that they are still making money and don't need our business. JUST HORRIBLE!!!"

"We had a terrible experience at the Crocs store due to the way the employees treated us my wife and 3 kids. We have Simon VIP coupons clearly says 10$off for 75$ more shopping. We bought many items worth more than 250$ and I asked them to apply discount. Cashier did not applied this code and I check receipt and saw no coupon applied. I warned him and he was not happy with that. I was kind and calm. As all other shopping center does, I asked him to dive the bill to 3 and apply the coupon. He said no and he was getting more annoyed as he has to work I it. He said company policy not allowing this. There is no such a policy mentioning in that coupon. I shied him and he said “do not tell me what to do, I know my job”. Then I cancelled all transaction and give products back. He and his manager actually prevented me from purchasing many items and they clearly said “I don’t care”. You can watch and listen cam if there is. This kind of behavior from an employee is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the store's customer service. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a better shopping experience for future customers. I’m not going to shop from Crocs anymore, somebody should teach staff members how to talk to customers and be kind."

"A lot of different crocs and a very busy store. Small store and was overcrowded. The light green crocs are way more cute than on the pic. You have to look at in person."
