"Using a different account because I’m scared of what these people may do. These are ruthless, disgusting, downright nasty folks. Me and my younger sister visited this location in early february this year and we were racially profiled. We asked to use a fitting room and the girl working said we could not go in together and had to leave our bags outside. I didn’t see a problem going in with her, as she is my sister. However, we obliged and I waited outside with the bags. Then, the girl working proceeded to have a ten minute long facetime call with her obviously cheating boyfriend and ignored us when we stood up front. When he finally hung up on her, she came out and accused us of stealing a “brandy melville graphic tee”. She said she saw us have one and made us open our bags to reveal the nothingness inside. She looked a bit embarrassed and hastily checked us out. Never even said a thank you or have a nice day. On the way out, there was a pungent odor that I think she may have released from her back side. Never again will I come here."

"Nice store. Sales people very sweet and helpful. Only complaint is that there is absolutely no place for someone who's waiting for someone to try on clothes to sit. Doesn't have to be anything special just a sturdy bench would do. I wasn't the only mother there with that problem."

"I don't recommend this place Workers are not helpful, I was shopping around and bought an essential hoodie and T-shirt. Not even walk out of the store and I want to change the color. and now Casher told me it's finally a sale .no return no change. And at the beginning not even let me go fitting room to try .and I didn't think too much about this. I talk to the store manager and he told me to go to the essential official website to talk to customer services. that's ridiculous .it’s not clearance objects and there is no labels to mention that’s final sale . Also store manager say he can’t control this part .is someone above him set this policy. And not allowed them to post that it’s final sale .that’s mean they waiting for you guy to pay and grab your money.that’s extremely scam !!!!!!!!!! First time I was heard about this .and even this policy you can’t change but why your casher not be trained and told consumers that’s final sale .never ever come back again and alert people come back for that brand or store ! Not even deserve my google one start"
