"Love their bikinis but giving 2 stars because customer service is awful. Went yesterday to the Dolphin Mall store and I barely got a: “Hi”. Zero assistance trying to find what I was looking for. Terrible experience!!"

"Putting indigenous headdresses on fashion dummies is NOT ok! This is insulting to indigenous people, our culture and this is something we hold with high regard. This is so offensive and I don’t get offended easily. As someone who is Chickasaw Native American, this is insulting. Only those who are admired or respected from other members of the tribe wear headdresses. It symbolizes bravery and honor and is for the most influential or powerful in a tribe. A distinguished member of the tribe such as a warrior or cheif would wear one and not just anyone who is a Native tribal member can wear one."

"Marilyn at the location in “the falls” was amazing. Super attentive, she let me know all the great deals they had & knew just what I like. The prices weren’t bad at all & the quality is on point. She also helped style a few of my outfits too. The store was neat & not cluttered like many stores I visited in the plaza. Great energy. Great customer service. You now have a forever customer! Thank you again Marilyn @the falls!"
