"This store is truly amazing!!! My teenage son (at the time) introduced me to this store years ago!! I've never had a bad experience!! Management is amazing and so are the owners!! They truly care!!! 5 stars hands down!!! If you have never been in there, you should!!! You're missing out!!"

"In general, my experiences inside this store have always been good. I had an issue with the sizing of something, so I took it back in a few days later to exchange (item still fully unopened, and I had my receipt for the item). While my overall situation was taken care of, I did feel like I was being called out a bit for something that was not my fault. The item rang up differently than what was listed on the product packaging, so I was asking if it was possible to exchange it for the right size/price. As a retail manager myself, I understand that there are some things you need to call into question on returns, however - if I have my receipt dated within the 30 days, have the product completely unopened/unused, and have clear proof that the item was not priced correctly, I'm not really sure why there were so many questions regarding my exchange. As stated above, my overall need was met and I was able to get the right size for my item, so I will still give 4 out of 5 stars."
