"If I could give this establishment less than 1 star I would. When picking up my daughters uniforms I tried to address the fact that the logos were stitched on cooked & in different places. A very rude young man explained to me that he had to stretch the shirts to get the logo on to them and he highlighted an issue with the size of the font given from the school. I expressed that I was displeased with the quality of the work done & he proceeded to ask me ‘Why do you care - it’s for a 4 year old?’ A young lady behind the desk apologized to me for the exchange. I asked for the contact information for the owners & proceed to leave a message for them. I received a phone call today from the owner of the establishment denying my exchange completely. I was told that they watched the camera & nothing of what I claimed actually happened. I’ve never in my life experienced such poor customer service & for a small business owner to not take ownership of the unpleasant experience & simply apologize for the mishap is pathetic. These people have much to learn in the way of simple kindness & customer service conflict resolution."

"Link Uniforms are really good place to purchase scrub uniforms, lab jackets, as well as other medical uniform accessories. I had a pleasant experience there back in late March when I bought an embroidery lab jacket. The customer service was excellent. Clerk was very nice, helpful, and had patience with me be undecisive lol. She was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this place."
