Had a great return experience with the female associate but the 2 managers I dealt with were hesitant to do my return and they did not apologize for my inconvenience And basically did not care. I have Been a retail manager in a BIG Box store for over 30 years and I can tell you these types of managers would not work for me Very Disappointed because I like this store better than the ones you have at the two outlets in Orlando but I won’t be returning to this store because of these to uncaring individuals 3 Stars are the associate that treated me well"
