"Stepped into the second-hand wonderland, or as I like to call it, 'Thrifty Chic Haven.' This place is hotter than a retro fashion runway. It's like the store said, 'Who needs new when you can have history?' The eclectic mix of pre-loved treasures made me feel like I was on a sassy scavenger hunt for hidden gems. From vintage vinyl to sizzling attire that screamed, 'Wear me and own the night,' this store has a flair for turning second-hand into second-sizzle. Embrace the sexy side of thrift and strut out with confidence – who says fashion can't be playful and a little risqué? This place just made thrifting a tantalizing affair!"
"My wife brought in a box of great clothes for young fashionista's. We waited almost an hour and was told they didn't have time to open box. This Plato store is run by unprofessional kids. The stock is pathetic and out of style."
"My experiences there have been horrible. They have a list of items they are looking for, I brought multiples of what they are looking for and they bought nothing. 2 bag limit I had items in 3 bags 2 could have been combined but they said no… then they never called to say they were not buying anything. Nike shoes, adidas shoes, heels, etc. and then the one girl that was sitting on the counter said they don’t take kids stuff. 1 pair of sneakers that was a 7Y which is a woman’s 8.5. She was very rude. This is not the first time. I’ve taken clothes in there before and was told they weren’t buying any then took the very same clothes in the next day and another person bought everything. They don’t have a good system. Then there is customer service… she claims she called and left a voicemail… I have no missed calls or voicemails from the number. I have been to the one in Gainesville and some in Orlando they have way better customer service."
"Sarah the assistant manager is amazing!! This girl goes above and beyond for this store. making it look clean. making the clothes look stylish. bringing in good condition clothes. If she's not busy she will help you with a wardrobe find. She will also help you put together an outfit. This is what customer service is all about. She sure got the biggest heart. We love her!!!! She sure has made this store better and will continue to do so. Show her love when your in."
