"Worst cusomer service. They ordered a pair of shoes in a size they did not have in stock. I tried them at home and they were not comfortable. They refused 2x to return them even though I suppled all of the information they needed after dealing with being on hold for 20min with customer service. Employees act like they are clueless and their 800 number for customer service acts like they dont care and were rude. If you buy shoes from them charge it on American Express so that if things dont work out you can dispute the charge."
