Our bakery, cafe, and restaurant offers a wide selection of cakes, artisan pastries, and savory treats that are made in-house with simple yet high-quality ingredients. In addition to our delicious baked goods, we also serve the best espresso-based coffee and lattes in the area. Our unique flavor combinations, such as the Grinch latte and Dirty Vanilla Chai, are sure to delight your taste buds.
For custom cakes, we work closely with our clients to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. We do not use pre-made mixes or fillings, ensuring that each cake is truly unique. Prices vary based on design complexity, with buttercream cakes starting at $5.75 per slice and fondant cakes at $7.25 per slice.
As a small bakery, we limit the number of cakes we take per week to ensure that each one is executed perfectly. We also offer wholesale artisan and soft pan breads to restaurants and cafes in the community. Our expert bakers are dedicated to the craft of making the best breads and pastries in Clermont and Central Florida.

"I'm adding to this review as I believe this business has changed hands. Second visit in December was disappointing. Not the same place or quality. Will not return. New to Florida. Found this gem yesterday. Purchased a pastry filled with cream & topped with fresh strawberries. It was wonderful. Also bought a loaf of bread which made great toast this morning. I think I’ll be going to the library more as it’s a few doors away and an excuse to stop in here again!"
"The most delicious gelato I've ever had. Creamy, crunchy butter pecan and smooth, silky coffee. The cheesecake is divine; so creamy and luscious. You've got to come and indulge! Yesenia is the lovely co-owner. Haven't met the chef, her husband, but he's got to be wonderful too."
"We were visiting from out of town. We decided to give this place a try, and it was a delightful treat. We got fresh bread, cream puffs, cannoli, and a cake pop that didn't make it home. The owner was pleasant and even shared with us knowledge about bread making. Very kind and great customer service. The place was beautiful and clean. All the food looked great. I couldn't decide what I wanted. We will definitely stop by when visiting again."
"I Ordered 30 lemon and 30 strawberry cupcakes and a small Hummingbird cake (aka Doctor Bird cake). I am so glad we went with this bakery, They did not disappoint, the flavors were all amazing, the icing was delicious! If I could give Four Palates Gelato & Bakery a 100 stars I would!
