"Let me start off with our server was amazing and she gets five stars. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. What brought it down from a 5 star review were the hostess team up front. We walked in and stood there while all three of them had a personal conversation about what they were doing after work. No acknowledgment towards us or anything and when they finally stopped talking they asked us how many and we said four and then tried to put us at a 2 top. There were managers all over the dining rooms but maybe they should take a walk upfront every once and while and see what’s happening"
"Looks, tastes and feel right in line with the Olive Garden chain of restaurants. For lunch, I had the Eggplant Parmesan with spinach instead of pasta and it was excellent for just $9.99 with soup or salad. The service was surprisingly slow for a restaurant that was between lunch and dinner. It took 20 minutes to get a seat with many tables and booths empty. This may be indicative of a low staffing issue."
"I dined with friends three days before Christmas. The place was packed. Despite the large numbers of diners, the service we received was outstanding. Our orders were taken quickly and the food arrived without delay. The meals were delicious. Our server, Tatiana, went above and beyond with her professional behavior. She was friendly, engaging and calm. All the staff I encountered were helpful. Thank you for giving us such a great time. I will definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend this eating establishment to others."
"Server was very friendly and attentive, kept checking on us every few minutes. Food was good, haven't had Olive Garden for 5 years and it's exactly like I remembered. Only complaint, TV wasn't on in the bar area. It was Thanksgiving weekend and college football bowl rivalries were on. Which as someone who doesn't "love" sports is not a huge deal. But, as a bartender, server and manager it didn't make sense to me when the bar booths were packed."
