"I had 3 visits over 7 days , food order was accurate every time , quick and a great McDonald’s experience,, best I’ve being to in a while ,, thank you for your service"
"I'll start by saying I didn't have any issues with the food, my order was correct and the food met my expectations. I'm giving the lower rating for two reasons. First off, the service was particularly slow. I went through the drive thru and there was a significant delay being acknowledged as well as waiting for my food afterwards. I noticed almost every vehicle was told to park and wait for food and all of the orders seemed slow, not just mine. My bigger issue is with the pricing. Most menu items here are significantly more expensive than other McDonald's in the area. For reference, the McDonald's on Disney World's property is notorious for having some of the highest prices in the area and the prices here are even higher. Between those two issues, I doubt I would return to this location."
"Ordered 2 Happy Meals. One was supposed to have 6 nuggets but both had cheeseburgers. The food was cold and looked like it had been sitting around for some time. Just before we left someone decided to mop the entire floor which was hazardous for a 2-year-old who likes to walk around the table. First time in years I have eaten in at a McDonalds and I certainly won't go back there."
"They took to long like at least 30 minutes but the food was okay. My fries were cold. The nice lady with the glasses with the mask on, was a definitely a five stars"
"I recently visited this McDonald's during the morning shift and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was prompted by a recording to place my order using the mobile app, to which I responded that I preferred to order in person. After waiting for approximately five minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, I drove up to the window only to find no one in sight, which made me feel as though I was being ignored. When I circled back around to the window, the staff member seemed to be avoiding interaction and only appeared briefly to make themselves a coffee before walking away without addressing the situation. This lack of customer service was unnecessary and left me feeling disrespected."
