"Every single time I order delivery or pick up there’s always an issue. This time was the final straw. I ask for no sour cream and cheese for one bowl but put it on the other. Another time asked for tomato salsa and they put red peppers because I guess they didn’t have anymore just say you don’t have any. Do yourself a favor and just don’t order from this location just go to moe’s."

"The place is absolutely disgusting. The prep area was covered in food and dirty dishes while they were cutting the chicken and steak. Nobody was changing gloves in between tasks, they nearly served my fiancé undercooked chicken and had to put it back on the flat top even through it already touched her tortilla. There were no silverware, no lids to cups or napkins or even sauces. Plus the trash was incredibly over flowed and on the floor. We ended up throwing away half our food because we felt so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the location. The entire kitchen was so gross, not a single person was cleaning or at the very least washing their hands."

"Food is always bad when picking up. Service is horrible. Ordered a steak bowl and got 4 pieces of steak then I got a carne Assad quesadilla and the meat wasn’t even out into the quesadilla. Never again"

"Not even 1 star deserved, I really hate to complain, but it has been more than on several occasions that Chipotle Clermont continues to under perform. Here’s a few examples of low level service at this establishment. The take out service is always behind on multiple times. I have waited for food that was supposed to be ready on time and waited anywhere from 15-20mins longer than expected on the website. I’ve ordered online and when I went to pickup at night, to only find out that they are missing half the ingredients and have to sub out things like steak for chicken and etc., not only that they have forgot my guacamole with chips a couple of times. Which I had to find out by the time I go home. Here’s a tip, quality check your take-out every time. This place is bound to get it wrong, Here the staff is constantly out of ice and also on 3/21 they are out of black beans. due to their inadequate supply chain planning, And not only that, the place is disgusting and I constantly have to clean my own table. See the pictures. It takes a few minutes to wipe tables with a rag. I have reached out to inform them that they have missed product on orders and no response on my case or from management. My expectations over the course of time have greatly diminished and I'm just going to find somewhere else to go in the future. No leadership here and lack of management causes this place to appear in distress. I don’t why as a consumer I have to lower my standard of expectation when visiting this establishment."

"I feel like Chipotle everywhere have been going downhill and this location is no exception. I used to love Chipotle and was always impressed. There’s very little food in the bowl (my bowl used to be full). Also every single ingredient taste terrible. The rice is undercooked, chicken is dry and just looks very low quality. The lettuce you can even see is not fresh. Also there were pieces of cheese in my plate, I do not eat cheese! I can go on and on. 8 dollars later and I am still hungry and highly disappointed. Only reason I didn’t give 1 or two stars because last and first time I ordered it didn’t taste as better, however I am starting to think it was only because I had guacamole on."
