"I went in there today to buy 3 clubs, over $1,100 worth of clubs. I had picked out 2 clubs and was in the process of selecting a driver. It was murder trying to get someone to help me. There were virtually no customers in the store. The sales people that weren’t scrolling on their phones were no where to be found. Fed up, I went back to get the two clubs I selected and told a salesperson that I wanted and they were gone, without a sales person around. No sale! Hate to have a customer service issue with them. Golf business must be good. Going to the PGA store tomorrow."

He gave me advice and allowed me try out different drivers with different shafts, recorded my results and made recommendations. Very professional. No pressure to purchase. "I visited this store while on vacation. I needed anew grip on my trusted stand wedge. The round could have been better if my club wasn't slipping out of my hand. I walked towards the grip replacement area and was immediately greeted by Bob. I advised him off the grip I wanted and he replaced it on the spot. I never knew that I could get a standard size grip with two wraps, until Bob! He was very professional, customer focused, and definitely an expert in his field. We talked about golf while he replaced the grip. I liked seeing the process, most stores take your clubs behind doors. After the grip he showed me the new TW Driver SIM2 Red at my request. I currently game the SIM2 blue. l got to hit it and because of Bob I am buying it. He put me in three different shafts, with the 3rd one getting me 271yds! Great customer service!!!
