"Berenice is an amazing person. I had my toddler running around the store. She was very understanding and gave my daughter colours to keep her busy. She spent quite a bit of time showing me different type of handbag. She is the epitome of customer service. Will definitely visit again next summer when in town."
"Many retail stores have attractive window displays to draw the customer inside. Eleganza has the best one ever in Liona. I was walking down the sidewalk early one morning and noticed a beautiful furry cat sunbathing in the store window. I had to meet this cat, so I came back later in the day. While Liona drew me in, it was the handmade Italian leather products that took over. The owner Berenise was very friendly and knowledgable and made great recommendations. I ended up purchasing some handcrafted Italian leather shoes and my friend got a handbag and several accessories. On another visit, I picked up several holiday gifts for family and friends. In a world of nondescript chain stores, Eleganza is a place to shop for unique hand crafted Italian leather goods. You can also meet Liona when you stop in."
