"I am furious!!?we dropped our Shih-poo off for a 12:00 appointment. We were told it would be 4:30-5:00 before he was done! We drove an hr. To get there so we spent an 4 hrs. Just driving around. I called at 3:30 to see how much longer…SHE HAD NOT EVEN STARTED HIM!! So by the time we picked him up at 4:00!!! My baby had been sitting in a cage (which he’s not used to) for 4 hrs!!!! She never called me to say gee I’m running behind, or anything!!! He came home and drank a gallon of water!! Which makes me think he had no water or bathroom breaks!! I would think twice before taking any dog to her!!!"
