"Went to red lobster with my mom and grandma and it was not very well.. we got there and 10 minutes before anyone attending us and the hostess was talking like if we didn't hear her. She told another girl I don't have time for this I'm busy cleaning tables.. and then 15 minutes more and no one came we got up and left and went somewhere else for lunch.. will look for another red lobster will not return.. very disappointed... There lost.. I'm a loyal customer.."
"We came in for dinner ,gave the bartender our drink order, she had no clue how to make a old fashioned,needless to say after waiting for a 1/2 hour for our drinks. Which, She still had not made them! Horrible service especially since the bar was empty. She was overwhelmed by all of the drink orders from other diners. Long story short, we left. Horrible service. We will not be returning. I would not recommend this Red Lobster to anyone due to slow understaffed employees. Update! I sent a message as requested to Facebook . Still no reply! I guess they don’t care about the customer service. Sad. Stay away from this location"
