"Ordered through door dash and found a long hair on the meat of one of sandwhiches. Not on the side but inside the sandwhich. Thank god I opened the sandwhich to add more mayo. Called firehouse and apparently was speaking to a manager who could not really tell me how to rectify the situation. So much money through door dash to order a sub that can’t even be eaten. So disappointing"

"I hate to post this review but I have been going to this firehouse location in Clermont Florida weekly for years and the last few weeks the quality has really dropped. The bread is totally soggy because they are not taking the time to drain off the water from the meat, they are putting almost not lettuce on the sandwich, and they have missed the pickle the last couple times. I know this sounds like simple stuff but it’s a drop in service and quality that is noticeable. My wife only ate half her sub tonight because it was not that great. My wife used to eat firehouse 3 plus days a week when she was working. In Clermont there are some other great options for good subs these days. I think we will be going a different direction in the weeks to come. I hope they read this and get back to the firehouse this used to be I really do because firehouse makes a great sub."
