"The store is quite small but had a decent amount of styles to choose from. The store wasn't messy but they had definitely sold a lot because shelves were pretty bare. My child picked out some boots that said 20% off, they rang up full price. I tried to tell the lady they were supposed to be 20% off according to the signs. She told me that a customer put the sign up on the shoes and that I needed to pay full price. I went back to look at the shoes. The cashier wouldn't hold my purchase at the register and told me she couldn't hold items. I just wanted to walk back to the sign. I ended up asking her to just cancel my purchase and return my items to me so I could look at the shelf. I asked another associate working about the price of the shoes because all of the display shoes of that style showed 20% off, she confirmed all of those were in fact 20% off. I told her the cashier said they weren't and wouldn't honor the price on the shoes and said a customer moved all the tags. The associate said no, that entire style is 20% off. The associate then went and talked to the cashier who was agreeable to adjust the price to what all of the displays of that style showed "20% off" and made a big deal she would honor the price. Then the cashier gave me some story that the prices were changed overnight and the system wasn't updated. So not sure if she meant they didn't get updated to the discounted price or what. Either way had I not gone back and asked another associate she wouldn't not have matched the price that was advertised. And I question how many other people she charged that extra 20% to. The other associates working were pleasant enough. We did get several pairs of boots and slippers at a good price."

"1 of the girls working had an attitude. I bought a pair of boots but she was uninterested in helping & inconvenienced when I had to try 2 different sizes. when I asked a question about the sizing & her opinion to help me make my decision She walked away and made some comment in an annoyed tone. I was too scared to say anything as I was unsure of what her issue was, so I just paid at the counter- thankfully with a different girl who was much more pleasant & I left, but I wouldn’t go back there. It was an uncomfortable environment because of the sales girl. Other than that, the store was what you’d expect."
