"We had SUCH a pleasant stay at The Canopy. Everyone was so nice, we loved the room, the rooftop bar was great and fun, everything felt very clean, I could go on and on. And I’m a tough critic lol! We were celebrating my birthday and they made it feel special. Also, Gaby at the front desk was so nice and so was Santiago and Briana. Highly recommend staying here!!"

"There is a huge problem with this hotel: you cannot adjust the temperature in your room. Room temperature is regulated centrally by the hotel. During our stay, the temperature was set at 71 degrees. The tile floors and concrete walls in our room made it feel much colder. When we complained, a space heater was provided. I learned during our stay that other customers experienced the same issue and received a similar space heater. I’m not sure if this is part of a “green” or a cost savings initiative. Regardless, it is showstopper. We were so uncomfortable on Christmas morning, we decided to cut our stay short. For $300 a night, I want the freedom to regulate the room temperature and not to be huddled next to a space heater."

"I had a fabulous stay here recently for 4 nights. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive. I very much appreciated the upgraded room as a Diamond member. Thank you Andrew! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I also really liked the Happy Hour at Banter and having the coffee bar smoothie and snacks that I can purchase before leaving for work. I’m looking forward to future stays."

"Swank hotel with rooftop pool, restaurant and bar. Also a restaurant on the bottom floor that is a little bit more upscale than the rooftop. The hotel is located downtown within walking distance of many other eateries and shopping places. The hotel provides a shuttle service if you wish not to walk. The fitness center has showers and restrooms within its area, the pictures do not do it justice, it is actually rather large. We ordered from the downstairs restaurant Mushroom Ravioli and a creamy jumbo shrimp and pasta dish(forgot the name). Both were delicious."
