"We came here because we had an early flight at TIA. If your willing to deal with a little roughness, to sleep an extra hour, it's alright, just add alcohol. Check in was easy, got to our room, previous occupants things were still in the room... odd. Called to let them know, they sent a maid to get the things, that was that.. then went to take a shower, squished mosquito on the ceiling that's been there probably since the 90's. Also blue shower gel that's been there awhile. Obviously the cleaning isn't the best. Add alcohol if you stay here. Not a strip club goer but could hit the club with a rock"

"This place is extremely overpriced for the quality… The hotel is very outdated. You can tell they put very little effort into making the place look nice. It seems like they got the cheapest furniture they could find and threw it in there. Not even the paint was done correctly lol. Additionally there was hairs in the shower upon our arrival. The TV remote was broken. The staff was very casual (having conversations between each other while checking guests in). They were nice but it just seemed unprofessional. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfy and it is very close to the airport. But at most this place should cost $80-100 per night. I could have understood the quality in that price range. But we paid $240 after tax for this… not worth it."

"The entire building is trash. They put us in a room and then at 11:30PM gave someone else our room so we had a nice wake up surprise. The mattress was absolutely disgusting. There are gaps under the door so you can hear everything that’s going on. Would look elsewhere if your trying to get some sleep this is t the place."

"This would be a 1 star review if the GM hadn't refunded us a night. My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 1/2 nights (we had a late check out). We asked for more towels as there was only 2 regular sized and 2 wash cloths and was told they don't have many towels but they'd bring us more, which they did later on bring us 2 more regular sized towels. Staying for nearly 4 nights, 2 towels wasn't enough as they stay wet and aren't changed out at any point for dry clean ones. The pillows on the bed are very uncomfortable, kind of hard and dense. The hot water in the shower takes around 3 mins to heat up, and anytime someone showered or flushed the toilet we heard loud screeching sounds from the plumbing. The table in our room had an unsteady leg, and the ceiling light didn't work even though there was a light switch for it. My boyfriend wanted to be sweet and bring me breakfast in bed, he went downstairs and grabbed some breakfast items from there, two being breakfast burritos. It was still dark in the room and I wasn't entirely awake yet, but was hungry so I ate one of the burritos. I noticed it tasted off but wasn't sure if it was just me or not. A little while later I grabbed the second burrito to find MOLD on it. I ended up getting incredibly sick from this and our day was ruined by this. My boyfriend notified the front test about this and they pushed it off to the manager. The next day, which was our last day, my boyfriend went downstairs to see if we could extend our stay to 5pm since check out is 11am and the flight wasn't until 7pm. They told him he'd have to talk to the GM who was to come in at 8am (it was around 7am). He went back down at 8, and then she wasn't to be there until 10. He went back down at 10, and she still hadn't arrived, and we were getting anxious as our check out time was approaching quickly. They told us they'd call us when she came in, but they didn't, he went back down and talked to her finally, maybe 45 mins later. He told her everything and she refunded us the night I was sick and allowed us to stay until 5pm. As much as we appreciate this, our experience was a bit rough for the amount we paid. I don't feel like our nearly 4 day stay was worth $500. I know we got a night's worth of that back, but the condition of this hotel paired with the rude workers and staff not keeping food fresh? Not worth it. You think you're paying for a nice hotel room but trust me, you're not."

"Most of the staffs are rude, some does not want to communicate with the guests, the key cards have to be reprogrammed every time I return to my room. The room smelled, the room was not clean, the free shower gel was used because my was almost empty when I arrived. Very noisy and police was called by a guest. It’s affordable but Do not waste your money."
