"I love Lowes Ocala! We have been in a lot for our new home, and we love interacting with all the staff members each time. Even before we moved, the manager and assistant manager came over to ensure our questions were answered. They welcomed us warmly to our new home and told us some great information. There was an outstanding Dutch gentleman in the cabinet section. Though he worked in a different area, he wanted to help us and was able to answer several questions. I'm sorry I forgot his name. He is such a personable gentleman. Then, there is Luis in paint. We loved his energy! Not only did he help with our questions, he gave my husband some great advice. He has a great smile; you can tell he loves what he does!"

"Today I went in to buy several things! I had some questions about a drill and Roy came to help me more than once! He is the go to guy! I appreciate him for helping with everything!"

"I bought a new LG washer and dryer 2 weeks ago. They have a third party company deliver and install it. My dryer sounds like it’s going to explode. Sounds like the motor needs oil or a barren is bad. Washer keeps coding IE which means having trouble filling up with water. Did they install it correctly? No one will come fix the problem. After spending 2k, plus a 3 year warranty- I’d expect better. Everyone is so quick to swipe your credit card, yet no one does their jobs."

"The employees were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. However, when I went to ck out, no registers were open except self ck out. I ask the employee standing there to help me as I am not used to that. She helped reluctantly. She told me very sparky, I need to get used it as that's what everyone is going to. I replied that I am not a cashier and am not paid to do this and I told her that she is getting paid for just standing there to watch us so she can do her job. IM NOT DOING IT FOR HER. I don't care for rudeness. If this is Lowes future to make customers work for free, then I will just go to my neighhood hardware where they have people checking you out."

"I am greatful for the event , but lead to believe they did the craft with the children . They say you take it home ti do or do there. Had do it on the floor where there was no provisions as far as a work space to accommodate a work place to assemble their craft. Just same the do supply the material for the craft, plus apron, safety glasses for free. Hammer you return. It was real nice time . Just was clear what I expected as far as the set up. Children enjoyed their, thank you!"
