"This place is absolutely horrible. It is run by a Frog, that thinks he can do whatever he feels like. In France maybe but here NO!. He is known to be a tyrant and breaks every law in the book regarding privacy and tenancy. Avoid this place!! It is way overpriced and the service is terrible. "I'm an RN and I stayed here on a job business for patients. During my stay I encountered racism and bigotry!. I was headed to a patients house and was coming down the hall when a Best Studio inn employee ( I believe her name is Jackie) if not she looks Spanish/ portarician blocked the hallway when she seen me coming past. I turned to past behind and she ended up half way knocking me over. She was very rude and disrespectful. I mentioned to management and he didn't have any sympathy of empathy about the guest that pay for their rooms. He proceeded to say the employee gets good reviews I was disgusted and disappointed. Do NOT RENT S ROOM THERE ITD DISPICABLE."

"Pros and Con's I gave this a five because there are more pros than cons- and for the weekly rate, it's amazing. Pros- every staff member was so nice and helpful. Jackie was the best!! This is a very well-organized place, clean, safe, and friendly. Close to everything, CVS you can hop and skip there. They had plates, cups, spoons, pots, and everything in the room worked. The shower felt amazing. I had grabbed the wrong key and locked myself after the front desk was closed, and the security guard was so helpful and fast in responding in getting me a key. lost driver's license, they called me after check out to tell me they found it. I looked everywhere in that room, for the housemaid to find it, which means they really do a deep cleaning. Con's - I had placed the do not disturb on my door when I left, for them not to clean the room. i guess it had fallen, but when I came back it was clean. Trigger alert food for thought, my son is a veteran and said this place reminded him of his military dorm room, and i think it trigger his panic attacks. if you are a veteran and have any anxiety, or PTSD from active duty, you may want to think twice if you do not have your medication- food for thought"

"I stayed here 2 weeks in January and everything was perfect. The room was fine, TV was good, washer and dryer was very convenient. Can walk to Publix, McDonald's, Cuban Cafe and Starbucks. Front desk folks were always friendly. I couldn't ask for more and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Mike."
