"The self checkout machines are overly sensitive. I was flagged almost a dozen times while checking out despite the helpful associate telling me I was doing it correctly. Management needs to recalibrate their machines."
"I just tried to return 2 pairs of pants. The pants said a size larger than I wear, I bought another pant at the same time which stated a smaller size. The one pair of pants fit, the other 2 of a different brand did not. I bought the pants with my card 9days ago to look at google earth as well as my banking app. I lost the receipt and they wouldn’t accept the return. I now have $60 of never worn pants that don’t fit. I am going to avoid Walmart for awhile and go elsewhere."
"I frequent the grocery pick-up. I'm always waiting between 45 mins to 2hrs. Sometimes, i check and the people that come AFTER me get their things before I do. When I try to speak to workers on the phone to question an ETA, they seem to be rude EVERY TIME. I understand they are understaffed or incredibly busy but it's not fair that I have to wait longer than the person who came after me. They have about the same amount of items I do... about 10 crates. Only giving this 3 stars for the very few times when I actually had a good experience."
"I'm reviewing the curbside pickup today. I used it for the first time ever. I was picking up a Christmas present for my son & was exhausted after working all day. Was very unsure about how it was going to turn out. I wasn't able to download the app, so I had to call. When he said it'll be right out, he wasn't kidding! Literally, like two minutes later, here the guy came. Quick, easy & painless. Highly recommend!"
"I stop going to this since they automated the cashier. I happened to be close and I decided to stop to get a few things and I was nicely surprised that "people" cashiers were back at helping customers. No long lines, the store had a different type of vibe. I hope this is not just a Holiday change because machines will never do what a person can do."
