"I don’t typically go to the “smaller” build a bear locations, however Max and Aimee make this location absolutely the most pleasant location I have ever been to. Both my kids and I absolutely love stopping by this build a bear and getting to talk to our favorite people and have the most fantastic experience every single time. They are always sweet and relatable in every way possible. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend stopping and picking up a new friend from these amazing builders, 5 stars all day every day."
"The employees were nice, they had all the accessories I was looking for, and they had the Barbie Bear I wanted. Considering how big and popular this mall is, I was surprised they didn’t have a Build A Bear store just a kiosk. The employee who stuffed my bear did a great job and was very polite, their name is Max."

"Service was excellent!!!! Lucked out and they were having a sale right now $2 for $45 !! Staff is extremely friendly and not pushy when it come to trying to upscale you. Highly recommend this place if you have kids and want to get them their own stuffed animal."
