"Enjoyed our stay here recently. The room we booked was HUGE! We definitely didn't utilize half the space we had. I liked how it had a full kitchen and residential appliances. The bed was very comfortable and we slept amazingly! Thanks for a comfortable stay! We look forward to staying again!"
"When staying at Hyatt branded hotels, sometimes I have avoided the Hyatt House brand, because I have found a few of them to be really basic and slightly substandard. Not this one! It's quite new so maybe Hyatt is trying to elevate this brand. As nice as any mainstay Marriott. The lobby is incredibly nice and there is a small bar/restaurant called corazon. Rooms are well appointed, and roomy and there is free breakfast downstairs. The only slight negative I would offer is that the rooms are a bit less soundproof than most hotels. Sitting in my room, I could hear a conversation from my next door neighbor. I think they cheaped out a little bit on the insulation. And I don't think there's any room service. But other than that it's a really great stay, super clean and in a perfect location if you have business downtown."
"I had a fabulous experience. Martha at the front desk was such a delight! Keep in mind $35 for Valet parking. Checkout is at noon. Room was clean and felt like home (sort of lol)."
"We stayed at the hotel during the Christmas holidays. The hotel is very conveniently located in the downtown. We were given a room upgrade as per our special request. The room was spacious & view from the room was awesome especially at night. The dinner at Corazone restaurant was delicious (although more Vegan options on menu would be nicer). The complimentary breakfast could be better especially having more Vegan/Vegetarian options on the table."
"Overall the stay was lovely. Location was perfect close to the water and our daughter’s apt. Service, the staff was professional and helpful when needed. Rooms were spacious. Pool was quiet, hint: sun doesn’t hit the deck until around 2:30 pm. Lots of families vacationing. SBX was on-site which was a plus. There was a concert or event in town which brought several young adults/ college students who enjoyed life to the fullest, though were very loud and obnoxious upon returning from 1-3 am after a night of hanging out. The quiet sign from 10 pm - 7 am wasn’t really acknowledged or enforced."
