"I want to share my recent experience with purchasing a camera from this store for my daughter's birthday. Yesterday I bought a camera for a child, which, unfortunately, did not live up to my expectations. The camera, as stated, prints photos in black and white, however, despite this, all pictures are completely black, without any visible picture. The disappointment was great. I immediately returned the camera to the store, hoping for an exchange or refund. To my surprise, the store manager didn’t accept it back, citing that the package had been opened. However, I wanted to draw attention to the fact that a malfunction is observed only after using the product. Opening the box was necessary to read the instructions and start using the cameras. I believe that in this situation I am right, as a client. If the store is not responsible for the quality of the goods that are sold, then the store must certainly be responsible for the defective goods sold. The camera cost $140 and I was hoping to get a quality product for the money. Still, they want to pay attention to such an attitude of buyers to buyers. Tomorrow you may be in my place."

"If I could give this store 1 star I would. My family and I always stop at this store and purchase toys for our kids when we come here, but today the store manager and a sales associate yelled at my son for going in the cars and made him cry. Two minutes later another family came in and they let their kid climb into and play with several cars. When I asked them why they told my son that he couldn't go in...they proceeded to tell me that the other family was looking to purchase 1. ..Mind you...if our kids were really interested in 1 we would've considered purchasing one as well. I really feel like we were discriminated against because the color of our skin. Our family will not be stopping in this store in the future."

"Wow what a store!!!! From the moment you walk in, you wish you were a kid again. I came in early this afternoon to get some things for my kiddos. The store has everything from giant (enormous) stuffed animals to an eclectic variety of candy to unicorn shaped salt lamps to a bazillion other things that it's quite easy to get a lost and overwhelmed. This trip could have easily gone south . Thank goodness for Edward ! He provided execellent customer service and was so helpful and kind. I was impressed. He helped me pick the perfect things for my kids and was so knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping here again. 5 out of 5."
