It’s ridiculous how they can’t refund you the money instead store credit I don’t need anything from your store why would I want store credit. "This store is extremely unprofessional and unethical. My husband bought a Hispanic Heritage dress for my 2 year old daughter. The older lady that sold it to him stated they would be getting a new shipment the next day and we would be able to exchange it or give store credit as long as it was within 24 hours. I went to return it unused, tags in place and within 24 hours. The same older lady was condescending and stated they don’t give refunds or exchanges or store credit! When I asked her about the “new shipment” she had told my husband about, she stated they never got it…. So basically she sold an item, lied about the return policy and made it sound like we would be able to at least exchange an item with all being LIES!! For a store that seems like they would be going out of business any time, they should be more honest and update their business tactic."
