"The smell is so bad. We initially thought it was just our first room so we transferred to another room and unfortunately it's the same issue. The front desk associates were nice and helpful with transferring us to our 2nd room, but this is obviously an issue beyond them (im assuming the front desk employees dont visit rooms before assigning) so I want to reiterate this is not a customer service issue but a maintenance issue... they HAVE to be aware of the smell/issue as it's more than pungent lol. Bummed that I chose this hotel for our anniversary stay - fairly confident everything in our suitcase is going to adapt this stench while we are here so I am counting the minutes until check out."

"Sure, this is a nice stylish place. It’s all a façade as this hotel sucks. It’s 8 o’clock in the morning and the cleaning is staff yelling in the hallway. You can hear everything through the door like when people around you leave their room and the door slams! Had to ask staff to refill the soaps dispensers. The furnace is loud a clicks as it turns on and off all night. You can hear the traffic through the windows. There has been a green Toyota blocking the steps up to the entrance all week."

"This place smells like sewer. It's beautiful, but it stinks every where. The room was beautiful, I can not get passed the smell. I will never stay here again or anywhere near here. I absolutely hate it"

"Came in around midnight and was greeted at the front door by the Valet ,very nice and answered all my questions about getting my car in the morning.Check in was flawless and Julianna was one of the nicest front desk person i have met in quite a long time. Our room was nut up to par as something was smeared on the wall and the bathroom door got stuck in the closed position,Julianna immediately transferred us into a different room with a better view and a couch which Maude the sleeping arrangements better (bathroom door sticks here also). So far so good but it is now 112:30 A.M. will scope out the rest in the morning."

"My partner and I were supposed to meet at the hotel after taking two different flights to Tampa. When his flight got delayed, he informed the hotel to add me to the reservation and let me check in already as he was supposed to land 2 hours later. When I got to the hotel, they informed me that it's not possible to check in as the first night was booked with points. I had to wait in the freezing lobby after a 15-hour flight and a day full of traveling. Only when he called them after landing would they suddenly let me check in. When I entered the room, it had a weird smell, and the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty as well. We will definitely not come back!"
