"BEWARE: BED BUGS I showed up here late at night to check in, and checked out the next morning looking like this — bedbug bites all over my body and face. I canceled the rest of my stay, but they wouldn’t give me a refund. They blamed the bites I got overnight on a reaction to the detergent they use. I have no allergies. This is a dirty hotel full of bed bugs. When you get eaten alive here they won’t give you a refund. Buyer Beware."

"I booked a stay from November 1-5 and left on the 5th. Instead of changing me for those dates, they continued to charge me until November 13. When I called the hotel, they claimed that I asked the front desk to extend. I asked for proof and I was told by Janelle I would get a call back on Monday. That was 4 days ago and still no call. Be careful of this hotel. Clearly they don’t care about overcharging their guests."

"There’s a blanket $25 fee for early checkin regardless of if the room is ready. Check in is at 3:00 we arrived at 1:40. Hilton absolutely has the right to have this policy but there are too many choices in the industry where if the room is ready, come on in. Although we’ve been Hilton Honors members for many years this policy has definitely soured us from Hilton."

"Going to Ellenton area? Pick this one! Clean and friendly staff. This is my go to hotel when I go visit my mom in Florida. We had many weather delays this trip and didn't arrive to the hotel until 3 am. The front desk lady was very nice ( I can't remember her name, I was exhausted) She was friendly and understanding and had us in our room in 5 minutes. Clean rooms, comfy beds and a decent breakfast."
