"I do not recommend this place, very unprofessional very lazy. The manager she yells and doesn’t let other speak. My dad has copd and the air conditioner broke they said it wasn’t in emergency to fix it. My mother is blind and my dad is handicapped and we asked and filled out important papers multiple times to move down stairs because my mom missed a step and she almost fell on me they do not care about the tenants and when I asked about cooperates number she blunt out told me to look it up on google she only has her boss number I said can you please give her mines and she said no!"

"before applying I called asking questions due to my situation, I was informed they had no waiting list and had availability . very eager to be in a place due to my situation I immediately drove over and applied while ALSO giving 2 money orders to seal the deal . just to call back within a week to check on status of application JUST to be told they have a waiting list and the leasing manager wasn’t in & hasn’t been in since I applied and that they would get back to me asap . After being mislead and given false information I still tried to give them a chance by waiting for a call back .. It’s been a whole month and some change and I have not received a phone call back , even after calling over 10 times leaving my information each time . they mislead me into applying , the leasing manager is never there , they don’t bother answering the phones , and they have terrible customer service . they practically stole from me and reassured me that they don’t have recorded lines to cover themselves. bad business ."

"The process to move in took forever. Place was infested with roaches but I had already signed my lease. Didn’t sleep there for about 2 weeks. I had to bomb, caulk all the cracks (especially in the kitchen), and set up bait all of which I used my own money. Things break down & it takes ages for someone to come out. Clogged toilet, broken ac, leaks etc—no one ever responds to emergency calls bc they don’t care about their residents. Office staff very unprofessional, condescending and rude. They expect you to live in living conditions that they would never accept for themselves."

"Lived here for 2 years and have no complaints. My apartment was nice and maintenance always responded in a timely manner. I am trying to move back out here in a two bed room. I would definitely recommend. The office have been extremely helpful and I am hoping to hear from them with an opening !"

"Horrible visitor working when visiting with a relative often. You have to park far away and if there arent anymore slots your car can still get towed even though spots arent available in visitor parking. It's fraud what they are doing!!!! And if you turn left you'll never know about visitor parking"
