"AC never works, trash everywhere, office people are RUDE, drug deals all day long, roaches everywhere and say the spray but never come in apartment. Look somewhere else"

"Office staff is lazy , only good thing is pool when they want to open it . Ac units are old , gym has broken equipment , trash is always overflowing . Maintenance invades your privacy . Roaches because they act like they spray but don’t show up to the apartment ."

"**UPDATE** Because of some drunk tanaholics we can no longer bring water bottles in the pool. Now I’m fat AND dehydrated. Ya’ll don’t mind sending out emails threatening fines or explaining how a few residents ruined pool furniture for us all like we’re children, but the pool hours changed to office hours so we can be monitored. All I’m asking for is the pool to be OPEN during the hours promised so I can exercise! Fat doesn’t stop just because it’s winter. Maybe send out an email when you’re closing the pool for whatever reason during regular hours."

"I have lived in Tuscany for almost a year and the office has been nothing short of amazing to me and my daughter! Any time we have maintenance issues or pests they are always on point! We love to come out and get fresh air on the lake. There have been problems with people not picking up their dog feces but they have been great with keeping an eye out. I plan on staying here for awhile, kids are out playing daily so think it’s overall a good environment for us!"
