"Not a safe rink. We came mid week and rented skates for recreational skating.The ice was in very rough condition. Instructors and figure skaters gave no care for the safety of others and both rinks were overcrowded. The facility was very dirty."

"My friends and I thought it would be fun to try ice skating together. Some of us have experience and some of us don't. As someone who didn't feel confident at first, the situation on the rink made me not want to skate at all. You had these unsupervised children in hockey gear going the wrong way, fighting each other, cutting people off and not seeing the issue with it. One of them literally slide tackled a friend of ours from behind knocking her off her feet and causing her to hit her head on the ice. A coach pretended like he cared for about 5 minutes before going back to ignoring the terrible behavior. When one of our more experienced friends went to ask the skate guard about it, she was extremely rude. She did little to nothing to reprimand the dangerous behavior of skaters. The skate guard was standing in the way of the rink with a large group of teenagers, and refused to move out of the pathway, rudely asking what "was so important that we are working on" that she needed to move. We shouldn't need to be creating an olympic skating routine to have a clear and safe path for the activity we paid for. Overall a bad experience. The place was dirty both physically and from a customer service standpoint. 0/10 will never visit again and will never recommend to anyone I care about."

"You can always tell when a business is all about money. I took my kids to the DJ skate on December 16th and I alway go on a Saturday night for their DJ skate because my girls love it. Well tonight it was so packed that it posed as more of a safety hazard then a night of enjoyment. You have kids stopping in the middle of the rink, standing in the middle of the rink, and skating like crazy past you and in front of you. Young kids acting crazy of course. While I get that I brought my kids to this on my own accord, it has never been this packed on a Saturday night. And I go almost every Saturday night!! So I respectfully asked the general manager Emma for not a refund, but a voucher to bring them on a less chaotic night to finish out only the time we paid for, but didn’t get to enjoy, and she said “no, we don’t give refunds or vouchers”. I said are you serious, have you seen the amount of people you let in? Shouldn’t there be a limit for safety? She said yes and I’m about to stop letting people in soon. Wow, so what’s the limit, if this many people have not reached it yet?! Crazy!!! So, I asked for someone above her. She said there is no one above her, that she is it. So I asked for the owners email or phone number. Well, no one there seemed to know the name or info for the owner. How convenient!! Long story short, this is not okay to allow this many people into an ice skating rink when there are little ones there. All I asked for was a voucher to go on a different night so my girls could enjoy some ice skating. Not a family friendly place. No values, or standards here. Someone is going to get seriously hurt and all for what? A dollar!!!"

"Excellent US Figure skating coaches. Facility not maintained very well. Bathrooms are scary. Front door glass needs to be cleaned. Lights need to be replaced. Lobby super dark. Glass around rinks need to be cleaned."

"There must be zero maintenance at this rink, I don’t know why any hockey tournaments are hosted here. The ice is bumpy and pucks bounce off the boards at weird angles. If you’re forced to play here, get in and out as soon as you can."
