"Found Clark sandals on sale. Mall itself is dead, but JC Penney had a great selection."
"Curbside pickup wasn't so great this time. I checked in and was acknowledged by the app but waited over 30 minutes before calling into the store which was another ordeal. The only department that answered the phone was the salon and they had to get a customer service person out to me. I was gently lectured on how to use the curbside pick up before she took a breath and I was able to show her I had checked in, received acknowledgement before my 30 minute wait started. Again, not great."
