"Kiddos B&B Gear made our trip so much less stressful/chaotic! My daughter was able to sleep in her own crib like she does at home, I was able to sleep without a baby flinging limbs all over the place or worrying about her falling off of the bed, which was great. And we also didn’t have to try to make room in our bags for our Hatch Sound Machine from home because we were able to rent one of those too. And so convenient that it was all delivered and picked up right at our unit door. Will absolutely be using this service in the future and can’t thank y’all enough for making our trip so much simpler & stress free! Communication was great the day before our trip and the day before we headed home- very timely responses & great responses that were personable and friendly."

"We rented from this company a high chair and a crib. The crib was not safe it has two wheels that do not have lock. Only two wheels in the back lock. Also they charge extra fees for delivery. The problem with this company was the pick up we told them 8-10 am pick up. They told us the driver/owner will be there just before 10 am. On our day to leave our vacation home we packed up and 9:45 am still no show or call so called the company explained we are packed and leaving. The items were still in the home cleaning ladies should be there by 10 am. They asked us to leave the items outside or leave the door open of the rental. Explained that hubby could not get it the crib to break down and the door cannot be left open as we cannot risk damage to the home. Asked them to call me now it's 9:58 am. Spoke to the owner who said he is 15 min away. Explained our circumstances we need to leave and also the inconvenience as at this point our baby was tired and was screaming in the car. The driver asked to leave the items outside. I asked for a small refund for the inconvenience as we were doing their job taking down equipment and leaving it outside when we should have left 15 min ago. The driver/owner said "that's ridiculous." I explained that his behavior and words were insulting and there really was no need for that. I would not recommend this company they lack professionalism and are not reliable. My husband figured it out and got the items downstairs we sent them pictures all while out baby was screaming and crying for a nap. This company puts their needs first and the customer last."
